Is there anything such as true happiness? Is that why people drink to believe that there is?

Those votes for the Tea Party candidates must have done somehting good or bad. It is always voters responsibility, so do not blame the politicians. You voted.

Time to get smart about your life and forget about cliches and dogmas. Get a job and take care of your family. Kick the violence habit.

A job is not yours until you make it your top priority and then you need to be patient.

Just take on a job, any decent job that pays money and get off the lines of the unemployed for now.

It is time some got over the 'wild wild west syndrome', just get over it. It is time for smart heads with compassion for the fellow man. Healthcare for all!
added June 08, 2012 10:27 am
Basic heathcare should be an entitlement, just like security and safety. Why the heck not? All of us will be better for it.
added February 24, 2012 01:14 am
Just get a job, any job. It is good for your health.
added January 30, 2012 11:46 pm
Why shouldn't healthcare providers charge the same rate for all. Why punish the little guy who probably doesn't have a job and can't afford it at any rate. Bias
added January 26, 2012 12:56 am
It is time for hospitals and other health providers to charge the same rate for same service for all. No spiked rates for poor.

How can we not be caring for our own folks who live in this the same country. Find it very unchristian like if you don't.
added December 16, 2011 01:03 am
The more of everyday folks are inspired to be better citizens, the less will there be a burden on others to do more. Rich and poor alike.
added December 12, 2011 12:43 am
What inspires a few to do more and many to do less. It is in the vision and the desire to see others happy.

Doing good also means not doing bad. You do not always need to fork out cash or make an effort. Just stop doing bad and that counts as much.
added November 10, 2011 12:55 am
We have a responsibility to do good, if it is not a lot, then make it a little good.

Enjoy the National Parks and give generously.

It is crazy that one can not shoot a grizzly bear if attacked by one. Lawmakers need their brains chekced out for hating people.

When you think about it, air fares have not really gone up a lot in the last twenty years, but then neither have the pay, except for the executives.

Americans some of the hardest working people on the planet. Take a break, let the other guy/gal do some work too. Take a break!

Great deals on travel if people only look.

Boeing Airlines and Airbus! Can we have a little, just a little more space to make a turn and do what we need to do in those restrooms on airplanes. Pleeeease!
added August 22, 2011 10:44 am
Nice to know that finally they are updating those planes at United. It is better for travellers, carriers and the job market!

True happiness flows from deeds that help others, in turn it feeds one's soul
September 08, 2014 01:29 am

Has anyone ever done anything for oneself and that made them happy in the long run. That may happen in the short runm but in the long run our minds and the world around us never let it happen in the long run.

We have only one mission in life and that is to do all we can to help others succeed!

There are other priorities than profits and gratifying greed
June 03, 2012 02:36 am

One country, health and opportunities for all. In return, you need to be responsible and not think that caring is not macho enough for you.

There is a strong main-stream misconception that he who cares is weak, but actually the opposite is the case,  Lets get back in to the culture of caring.

Feeling better always starts with the desire to feel better
November 22, 2011 12:12 am

You need to want to feel better in the first instance and then take a step however tiny to move toward that direction each day.

You will surprised how far you can come at the end of a couple of months and you feel like a new person already.

Pretty soon you will forget who you were in a matter of futher few months.

So start today to make that change.

You don't need to always eat something to feel and get better
October 30, 2011 12:50 am

The common wisdom is take some vitamins, herbs, biotics, etc. etc. More, more and 'give me some more'. Gobble up everything that is good.

Actually, the answer is in being happy with what you have and yoga helps you get there. It is getting in to a stage in mind that is not necessarily being content with God, religion, material things such as home or anything or something outside you, but being content with your soul.

Secondly, being honest and telling the truth like you see it is the next step.

The third step is not to look for any personal advantage, but finding a path that is the right path.

The fourth step is helping someone else in any way feasible.

The fifth step is stepping outside your comfort zone so that you see the other people and interact with the world outside you.

Then you have just barely started to move the center of gravity of your world away from where it hinders you to where it can propel you to be a good person all around.
